.Work with VP Welfare to make consent awareness lecture compulsory for every sports team 

.Making sure every sports team has a member of committee dedicated to working with mental health and well-being team 

.More awareness and promotion of women’s sport at a pro dominantly female uni  

.Try work with VP Ed to get rid of all Wednesday under grad lectures 

.Try to get physio’s for sports teams 

.Try and combine sport roe membership with gym membership as a package
