Miss Caitlin Mettle

My name is Caitlin, I am currently a third year student studying Sociology, and also the current Social events manager of a Roehampton student society - Universal Black Minds (UBM).

It is my goal to ensure that the students at Roehampton University receive the best possible university experience, as I represent your views at the NUS National Conference.

If elected, I will:

  • Ensure that the students of Roehampton are represented nationally, though fighting for BAME representation, enforcing quality education, fairness and equality throughout the university.
  • I will work on increasing opportunities for all students across campus, through aiding them with employability or experience options.
  • I will push for more resources to be invested in both On-Campus and Off -Campus student mental health services.

I will ensure to be open and accountable during the National Conference, through ensuring that I will both protect the values, and uphold the integrity of Roehampton.
