WHY VOTE FOR ME:

MR. JOHN HIUHU, is a well enthusiastic individual, full of ideas, and believing of bringing changes to the society, and wider communities in general. I believe in bringing “Impossibilities’ to Possibilities'”

VISION:

For Leadership is the Capacity to transform Visions into Reality, I will work with the College, Head’s, and College Managements, to deliver, implement, Modernise College social life, foster sense of community activities, and Events of the College Residents, and non-resident, reflecting the Diversity of popularity of the College. Make student flourishing in studies, with equality, and tolerance

VOICE:

Students perspectives, opinions, believes, and Cultural activities engagement of effective communications with the RSU, All RSU Leaders, and Staff, and Whiteland College, and the Whole entire University, co-operatively working with the College Heads of College, All Students from all walk of life, and support in all activities, Events objectives effectively. Be the voice of all Students, submitting their ideas, and discussing them into details correctively.

VALUE:

Build a successful Studying discussion environment and work value to all Whiteland Students who work and study. Building and encouraging all students to develop positive mindset to engage with the College community ethos's, towards all the projects formed by the College Management team and maintain close relationship with other Colleges at Roehampton.  Encourage the students to value studies, and pay attentions to the Lecturer’s with due respect, and colleagues.

VIEW:

Believe in Students views, and experiences with the College teachings, and guidance. Value all the views of all Students regardless of the gender orientation, colour, ethnicity, age, origin, and cultural backgrounds & differences. Look into Students viewed own creative impacting other students across disciplines, critically confronting the diverse Challenges of the community,

VISUAL:

Individual visual schedules for each student, at a booked availability time. Allocate, and hold weekly, drop-in's sessions with any individual student to discuss issues, open space of mind to all, and listening correctively, attentively, and responding accordingly. I will be communicating, and sharing information's, to all students as soon as I get them in.

I plan and hope to work with all Students of Whiteland College and all the College protocols.

Work with the College Head and supporting whenever possible, feeding the students with information's, directing all students with disabilities of any sort to Wellbeing Team, of Whiteland College, led by Gloria Williamson, looking into all the benefits the students should claims. I will promote the Vice-Chancellor's agender of the University, and work with the Newly appointed, Whiteland College Head, to eradicate the College Changes, making sure I deliver the best results.
