The Hive Café have been busy bees preparing this new project to bring some new and delicious beverages to campus. (It’s going to POP!)

Re-purposing the Ambulance Van:

As a proudly sustainable outlet, we saw our old Ambulance van and knew that with a little bit of love and care, it could be re-used into something great. The team moved the vehicle from its original spot behind Lawrence Building on Froebel and placed it next to The Hive Café in Digby Square.

With some design updates, cleaning and re-organising, it’s ready for a brand-new lease of life.

Enter Bubble Bees:

Bubble Bees is an extension of the Hive Café and will be serving a brand-new range of drinks in the new and improved ambulance van in Digby Square.

• Bubble Tea 
  The main characters at Bubble Bees. From milk tea to fruit tea, whatever takes your fancy. All with delicious popping boba balls! 
• Smoothies
  Ready for some smooth moves. Fruity, tasty and full of goodness. Grab your berry impressive blends here.
• Snacks
  Don’t forget a cheeky snack too!

Official Opening:

Bubble Bees will be opening their doors for the first time on Arrivals Sunday (20 Sept) – if you’re moving onto campus that day, why not treat yourself after settling into your new room? (or grab a drink to give you some motivation to unpack your bags!).

Term Time - Opening Hours:

From Monday 21 Sept, the Bubble Bees van will be open Monday to Friday from 11:00 – 15:00.

The Hive Café (next door to Bubble Bees) will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 16:00.
