What are Student Priorities
We’re passionate about making student life better and focusing on the issues that matter to you most. That's why during Student Leadership Elections, you had the opportunity to vote on Student Priorities and shape the work your Sabbatical Officers do this year. This ensures that the work we do is led by students, every step of the way.
Out of the 14 choices from our student consultation, using your democratic voice has helped show us the things that matter most to you. We've picked the top six priorities with the most votes and labled them The Big Six. These are the six areas that your officers will focus on.
So what are 'The Big Six'
The big six priorities will be split across both our officers, giving them ownership and responsibility over those areas. Even though the priorities are assigned, it's likely that both full-time and part-time officers will work across all six. However, clearly defining the different portfolios mean you know who to hold to account! So keep an eye out on the articles and blogs our officers will write to hear how they're focusing on what matters most to you.
