Overview

About the Event

A space created to celebrate and amplify Latin American voices in the UK through inspiring conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful connections.

This event brings together students, professionals, and members of the wider community for a series of talks exploring what it truly means to build a life abroad — personally, professionally, and academically. Through honest stories and practical insights, we aim to create a welcoming environment where experiences are shared openly, communities connect naturally, and attendees leave feeling inspired, informed, and empowered.

Who Is It For?

Hosted at University of Roehampton, the event is open to students and attendees of all nationalities. All sessions will be conducted in English.

Whether you are new to the UK, considering your next career move, navigating university life, or simply looking to connect with others through authentic stories and cultural exchange, this event is designed for you.

Event Experience

The programme is built around three key themes:

  • Personal Growth
  • Professional Development
  • Academic Life in the UK

We are inviting speakers and contributors to share talks, journeys, and lived experiences connected to one of these areas. More than formal presentations, these sessions are intended to feel real, relatable, and human — conversations that inspire through authenticity and practical insight.

Each talk will run approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour, including audience interaction and discussion.
