The Students’ Union is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 all year round
This is both in and out of University term time, with the exception of public holidays and occasional training days.
RSU operates with an open-door policy, which means you are always welcome to come to see us about anything.
Since the specialised advisors are very busy, you can book an appointment, telephone or email us to avoid disappointment.

All appointments will be held at the RSU office, Froebel College (Unless otherwise stated)
Please note that when you do contact us for advice we will open a confidential case file for you and record your personal information, details of your enquiry and any advice given.
Information such as your course or the reason for complaint may be used for statistical purposes only and will not identify you when compiling reports.
Your details will be recorded and stored securely.
Personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of the service unless we have your authority; this includes the University.
If you do not agree that the details of your case can be recorded and stored by the SU, please let us know.
