Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people attending the University of Roehampton who are verified members of Roehampton Students’ Union.
- Permanent employees of the Students’ Union ("RSU", "We"), or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
- Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- To enter the Prize Draw you must complete The Big SU Survey 2026 and have accepted these terms.
- Each entrant may win a maximum of one cash prize and one giveaway prize.
- No purchase is necessary to be included in the Prize Draw.
- If you have any questions about how to enter, or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email rsucomms@roehampton.ac.uk with "Big SU Survey 2026 Prize Draw" in the subject line.
- Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- RSU accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by RSU.
- The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on Tuesday 30 June 2026. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- The cash prizes for the draw are:
1 x £250 Huggg Treat Yourself Gift Card
5 x £100 Huggg Treat Yourself Gift Card
150 x £5 Huggg Treat Yourself Gift Card
- 156 prize winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on 3 July 2026, with winners of the £250 and £100 prizes announced on our website at 14:00 on the same day. Winners will also be contacted directly at the email address associated with the Student ID you provide.
- There will be a pool of random giveaway prizes drawn at least once per week throughout the period the survey is open. Winners of these prizes will be notified on the day each draw is made.
- The winners will be notified by email on or before Friday 10 July 2026. If a winner does not respond to RSU within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and RSU shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The name of the winners can be obtained after Friday 10 July 2026 by sending an email to rsucomms@roehampton.ac.uk with "Big SU Survey 2026 Prize Draw Winners" in the subject line.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes.
- RSU retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
- The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on RSU's reasonable request.
- RSU accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
- RSU reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
- RSU shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
