BOP Update

Hi there, 

You may have already noticed but we wanted to give you an update on Disney BOP.

With the Varsity after party taking place in the same week we have to be realistic with how we allocate our resources. 

As Roehampton Students' Union is a charity we have to manage our expenditure to ensure that every penny we spend goes back into your student experiance and we simply feel that it would be a loss making event to run both in the same week. 

It costs us as a charity over £3,400+ to run BOP with the current inflation/production costs that we, as an organsation pay for.

You might not know this but we don't operate the university bar so the money from bar sales dont go into Roehampton Students' Union. We just share the space with the university to provide events.

All ticket holders (4 ticket holders) have been refunded for Disney.

This being said it appears that this theme was in high demand so we've rebranded pirate bop to Disney.
