Overview

For over 100 years Wimbledon common has been protected for conservation and recreation. It is also London's largest Heathland - a real park for the people!

We will be exploring all its wildlife as it transitions into Autumn and taking in the site of its iconic windmill. The walk will finish in the quaint Wimbledon Village where there is a chance to buy lunch (or bring your own).

The site is only 10 minutes away from campus from when we meet outside the library.

Our events are focused on learning from each other within a diverse community all whilst smashing the stereotypes of what it means to connect to nature.
