Whitelands, Room 236 (old 2012)
This is a safe space for us to express our emotions and how we are doing with our mental wellbeing.
ALL EMOTIONS WELCOME. Whether we've had a rough week, a joyous morning or want to share a way in which we self-cared this week. We will split the time so that everyone has a couple of minutes to share uninterupted and be listened to in a non-judgemental space (or simlpy say "pass" and just be there to listen to others).
This will be a boundaried, non-judgemental space. We will spend the first 5 minutes setting the boundaries, then 20 minutes of sharing, and the last 5 minutes to stretch and prep for the rest of the day.
Please arrive as close to 1.15pm as possible so as not to interupt others sharing.
This is a free event for Psychology Society members (but if anyone has problems with the membership link come on the day and speak to us).
