Meet outside the Student Union Reception, Froebel Campus
Overview
Having an abundance of wildflowers in urban areas is important to support pollinators and biodiversity. And the best thing is you don’t need vast amounts of space or particularly fertile soil – lots of wildflowers thrive in poor soils.
Join us to learn the art of sowing wildflowers! The session will involve weeding, light digging and clearing an area to sow seeds.
The meeting point is outside the Students' Union Reception at 11 am, or find us next to the polytunnel / allotments near the dance studios on Froebel if you're joining later. All welcome and no experience necessary!
Free hot drinks card for volunteers.
