Students' Union Council
Monday 24 September 2018
5pm - 7pm
The Students' Union is run for students, by students and with the students. Students' Union Council is the highest political decision making body of the Union, other than General Meetings and Students' Referenda, and is made up of the twenty-seven elected officers. The functions of Students' Union Council is to oversee the work of the Union Officers and working groups; and to represent the views of students within the University, locally and nationally.
Any student can attend Union Council and can debate an issue through a motion, although only elected members may vote. Students' Union Council is how you can get the Union to focus on your issues and change your student experience.
