Apollo Theatre, West End

Overview

Roehampton Students’ Union and the University Pride Staff Network are proud to be organising a trip to see Everybody’s Talking About Jamie at the Apollo Theatre in London; as part of our LGBTQ+ History Month celebrations.

Inspired by a true story, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is the new hit musical for today.

Jamie New is sixteen and lives on a council estate in Sheffield.

Jamie doesn’t quite fit in.

Jamie is terrified about the future.

Jamie is going to be a sensation.

Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight.

Tickets will be on a first come first served seats. Family and friends are welcome, though students must be the ones who book the tickets. If you wish to bring those under 18, please make sure you are responsible for the other individual. We have operated a one ticket per person option at this time, but we will open this up later on depending on demand.

Ticket price is £22.50 for stalls seats. There are currently 10 tickets available (at the moment) to purchase, and based on previous demands we expect these to go in the first few days. We do not hold seat numbers for anyone until the tickets are collected.

For further information on the musical please click here : http://www.everybodystalkingaboutjamie.co.uk

When tickets are available to collect, you will be able to collect these from the RSU reception desk at Froebel College between 9am and 5pm during the working week. You will receive an email once the tickets have arrived at the RSU and then you are able to collect them.

You will need to show your confirmation email which can be done on your phone. Once you have done this, you will sign to collect your ticket and then you can go straight to the venue on the day. Please note all tickets are first come first served on collection and we cannot hold seat numbers, so if your part of a group its best to come in together or send someone to collect your ticket on your behalf.
