Welcome to our weekly Tuesday session! This session is a vinyasa power flow. Be prepared to build heat through a series of vinyasas accompanied by a few standing balancing poses and five minutes of yin before and after the session. The flow will be complemented with breathwork to assist you mentally and physically.
This session is available to all members, who must sign up at least an hour before the session. Fifteen spots are available for reserve, first come, first serve. Please come 5 -10 minutes before the session starts. If you arrive past the start time, you will not be able to join.
Mats and blocks are available on the site, yet we always encourage using your personal mat; additionally, please bring water and wear athletic clothing.
