Mitigating Circumstances

As we reach 2026 we also reach one of the main assessment periods here at Roehampton, and yet this can also bring with it additional pressures which can cause a range of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness.

You can request an extension or deferral to work during this period. Also you can provide or explain an absence from an in person or online assessment such as a test or examination.

All Mitigating Circumstances are done via your Student Moodle Platform and we have provided a guide below to explain more about the process.
