Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup dandelion petals
Method
Set oven to 180 degrees.
Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir in your sugar, salt and oats until all is mixed well.
In a food processor/blender add your banana, coconut oil and milk and blend. Add this into your dry ingredients and when everything is combined, stir in your dandelion petals.
Pour into a baking tin (or cupcake wrappers.)
Bake in oven for about 30minutes (or 2o minute if making cupcakes). Check with a fork, if it comes out clean it is done. Of not, leave it for 10 more minutes and check again.
