As a child Julia marvelled at the amazing transformation that happened to flour turning into the gorgeous elastic dough that her grandmother found a joy to handle. She started baking bread and other yeasted goodies while working as a teacher of maths. Some years later she turned her passion for baking into a business after completing the Breadangels course, learning how to set up a microbakery in her very own kitchen in East Sheen. Julia firmly believe in bread with great quality ingredients and no additives ie Real Bread.
