Womens Self Defence Course (7th and 14th May): 2pm - 5pm; Davies Hall, Froebel College,; Mixture of theory and practical exercises. All fitness levels welcome. You will learn how to keep yourself safe, and in the event of an attack, tips and techniques to help you get away safely.

Vesak Celebration 2025: noon - 3pm; The Reef, Southlands College; Join Southlands College to take part in our annual Vesak celebrations 🎉

Boxing4Fitness Activator Course: 1pm - 4pm; Davies Sports Hall, Froebel, SW15 5PJ,; The Boxing4Fitness Activator will provide volunteers, young people, community workers, leaders and sports coaches with the skills needed to deliver NON-CONTACT boxing for fitness sessions in their local community.

Active Bystander Training: 13th May 2pm - 14th May 4pm; Roehampton Students' Union Meeting Room ,; Join the Active Bystanders Team at the RSU for a training session on how to become an Active Bystander!
