Overview

Learn how to make a Hawthorn Jelly bursting with flavour at our 'This is Our Jam' session! Along with learning how to make this delicious preserve using campus-grown produce, you'll also learn useful food safety skills and all about the key ingredients involved in the preserve-making process.

The session is limited to 6 volunteers so you must reserve a place by emailing Growhampton@roehampton.ac.uk with your name. No experience necessary.

The meeting point is outside the Student Union Reception at 11 am.
