It has been described as mindfulness and movement. Top athletes use it to stay strong and avoid injuries. It helps to keep your muscles in balance, alleviate tight spots and strengthen weaker areas. Additionally, anyone with back pain that is muscular in origin will benefit from regular Pilates.
