Overview
Gardening for Mental Health
Thursday 10th October
1 to 3 pm
As part of World Mental Health Day there will be a chance for some mindfulness in the Forest Garden. We’ll be laying a woodchip path, forest bathing, weeding, planting wildflowers and litter picking under some mighty oak and ash trees.
It’s also an opportunity to reflect on our wellbeing and slow down in a calm setting for an hour or two.
Meet in front of the Students’ Union Reception on Froebel at 1, or find us in the Forest Garden at the end of allotments / behind the Dance Studios.
Free tea / coffee card for volunteers.
