Overview
Every year, the UK throws away over 1.2 MILLION tonnes of textiles. That's about 24 000 Jumbo jets!!
Thrift Shop has been given a much-needed facelift! We’ve still got all of our great clothing and its all for the same swell pricing (everything from £1 to £10), but we’ve rejigged the scheduling of it.
From now on, Tuesdays are our dedicated Thrift Shop day, from 10am until 5pm every week! Head in to our reception to see our lovely receptionist Kate and our Thrift Shop!
Shirts, jumpers, jackets, trainers, trousers, tees and more will all be available! And don’t think its all a load of cheap junk – our clothing is all good quality, even with some clothing names and brands available, too. Hollister, Ralph Lauren, Topman, Topshop, Abercrombie & Fitch, Nike, Adidas, Vans and Superdry have all featured in the past! All those items, all those brands - ranging from a bargain £10 to an even-more-of-a-bargain £1. If you need more persuading, here are three reasons to get involved with our Thrift Shop:
- Clear Out to a Charity!
Give your wardrobe that much needed clear out while donating all your old stuff to our Thrift Shop, all profits from the shop goes straight back into the Growhampton project and what we can't use we will give to London based charity the Brixton Soup Kitchen.

Bored of your current wardrobe? Need something to spice it up? Grab that hidden gem in our Thrift Shop to give your look a little lift!
- Grab a Bargain!
Ralph Lauren for £1. Come on, that’s a no brainer! There are plenty of bargains to be found in our Thrift Shop!
