Who Am I?

For those of you who may or may not know who I am, my name is Samuel Adeyeni and I am a Second Year Accounting student, running to be your Mount Clare Site Rep for next year. I am an out-going and welcoming individual who always aims to take advantage of all that Roehampton University [in conjunction with the RSU] has to offer. My main traits have been the determination to contribute my time, my talents and my passion for the high standard of college life to help nurture the continued positive changes that have been made, as well as an ambition to build on the success of the current RSU team.

I will ensure that my full attention is focused into making Mount Clare, Froebel, and the university an increasingly welcoming and lively environment, which is all-encompassing, as well as to help students, whether young or mature to feel welcome and part of the larger Froebel lifestyle.

Why Vote for Me?

If elected, I believe that I can help build on the various successes of the current Froebel College team and help to further unify the college, by – first and foremost – listening to YOUR ideas, thus ensuring that our college is at the best position it can be. I will represent you all by listening to your ideas, updating you on any progress, and developing on your queries, ideas, and deliberations, whilst ensuring that my Manifesto promises are delivered and upheld. As well as pushing for all students to feel represented.

If elected, and with your help, I promise to;

·         Work with as many students as possible to improve and develop the social media presence of Mount Clare and make more residents aware of any events, news, or initiatives that the college or the university choose to hold.

·         Work with the Froebel President and Deputy President to further break down the divide between Mount Clare and the rest of the college, as well as aiming to involve them more in college life.

·         Work with any mature students to make their views representative in any developments.

·         Hold more regular meetings where students can express any concerns, praises, or observations in an appropriate manner.

·         Holding college events with the aims of improving the communal feeling of everyone within Froebel, as well as a means to give a platform to those who may struggle to meet people.
