Hi! You guys alright?

My name is Shridhar Naik who is pursuing MBA with early career Professionals at Roehampton. As an international student myself, I totally understand that the transition into university may not be easy, especially for us who have to leave our home and live in a foreign country. I am well acquainted with the struggles that we may all face; be it balancing between our social life and our studies, especially given the challenging nature of our courses, or adapting to a hugely different learning and teaching approach at university or even securing a decent job upon graduation. Personally, I remember that my first few weeks at Roehampton was definitely challenging because everything here was completely new and different to me. 
 
I believe that my background and experience would make me a really good fit for this role because I was an engaged student representative in my secondary school who always put other persons first. My job was to listen to each person's need and stand up for them at regular staff meetings. For example, we collaboratively convinced our school to Provide us our needs based on our current situations and everyone has right to speak about there needs and comforts, As it plays a vital role for themselves to develop their personal skills and also using electronic devices at school to facilitate e-learning. 
 
I would like to add that I am a particularly open-minded person fond of helping and bonding with people from literally all walks of life. I look forward to knowing more about you and I am determined to make your experience at Roehampton as good as it can be while ensuring you receive adequate support in times of need.
 
On a final note, I strongly believe I am the right person for this role as I strive to improve both your academic and non-academic experience at this university. I will give my 200% effort and prove to you that I am the person who talk the talk and walk the walk.
