-Decentralise RSU powers and pass them back to the Colleges, this enables better communication and more frequent student-led activities of a better quality

-Distribute more of the University funds to other areas of the university (not solely on the main campus)

-Protect our wide range of academic Course departments from being shut down by the top dogs and support our lecturers to get better pay+conditions

-We need to increase different types of events that accommodate different religions and cultures – Like for example certain individuals can’t drink at the BOP parties. (Alcohol-free events)

- We need to increase diversity in Southlands, many courses in Southlands lack the diversity that many international students are seeking. We need to change the admission rules.

-Majorly increase social events like (parties, fairs, bake sales, hybrid events led by our lecturers to promote our society, & more)

-We need more, on-campus activities (Table tennis, Table football, volleyball, football, fairs, food vans, Paddle Boats & more) on the free side of the paving, the empty patches of grass beside the pond.

-We need to stop the university from cutting down on our university-based jobs and shutting down certain facilities due to the lack of profitability.

-More support and funding for our social movement campaigns on campus(LGBTQ+, Mental Health) Banners, Posters, Lecture talks)

-Scrap Nest and replace with an alternative page or techniques(Text, Class announcements, Uni Newspaper)

-We need to massively improve the Support team departments (flat Maintenace, Disabilities, Tuition fee ) 

-We Need to restructure the complaint system- There is an unknown system, which needs to be restructured and promoted properly. 

-Provide Mental Health support with additional funding (More councillors, train academic tutors with Mental well-being training) 

-Increase accessibility for the disabled (Bus, Facilities, in-class)  

-We need to implement more eco-friendly initiatives (Like recycling bins, bee hives, solar panels, Led Lights, Use eco-friendly food providers in our Cafes, Bars,) 

-We need to cut down the prices of on-campus products. We also should introduce an achievement/reward system when contributing towards the university which would allow us to access discounts, this would allow us to purchase from the Shop, café, and Bar.

-Introduce far more trained security staff –to reduce the sexual harassment to our Ladies, and reduce conflict within uni grounds 

-Pursue better dealerships with sports facilities so that it's more promoted and accessible, for example, various discounts and free dealerships. This would make people attend more.

-Get the Uni partnered with University friendly businesses and initiatives(Santander bank, clothes shops) 

-Improve and build new facilities, for example, another dealership with TFL for the creation of another bus route towards Barnes station and Putney Bridge to avoid distraught/overcrowding when travelling. Improving the sports facilities and making them more accessible for people. Improving the Bar by adding more refreshments and accessories.
