Overview

A free skills sessions for all societies, sports clubs and students who want to learn how to get involved in volunteering, how their society can volunteer or how to get involved in local community projects. Volunteering in the community looks fantastic on anyones CV and can make a real difference as well as enhancing skills and career prospects. 

There is a maximum of 20 places for each training session, and to enrol you need to come into the RSU reception and sign up by writing your name on the list before the session. You don’t have to be a committee members, and I would encourage you to pass this on to all of your members. It is first come first served, and we will be opening this up to non-society members and sports clubs.
