Empathy, compassion, and a care for making sure student stay safe on campus. I can't be everywhere At once but on the places I know I always want to make sure people are: comfortable, safe and able to express themselves the way they need to. University isn't a easy time, and I have come in a few years ahead, so by having that time it's given the qualities to look past the childishness and put emotions to the side when dealing with people or situations.
This buildup of experience has come from: security work. Where having to think quickly on my feet, have a level head, and know when to turn off and one in situations has allowed me to now take things so personally and not have times where it feels like a battle but like any other day. Where working in places like: warehouses and youth worker has given me patience and resilience during really annoying and over bearing situations that are out of my control, but still knowing how to calm them down anyways.
