Starting from my main quality it has to be that I'm direct. Being direct is not only about being able to present your thoughts clearly, but also doing it in very stressful situations as promoting Union campaigns to seniors and protect students values in wider areas as to stakeholders such as local MPs, Wandsworth Council and the Mayor’s Office.
A big thing that goes with being direct is also being understanding. I value people thoughts and truly believe that greatest ideas can't come from single person, every leader has to value, listen and respect their community, because - without community there no growth.
I also have wide experience for this type of roles, starting all the way from my childhood when in 4th grade I was deputy president of my class and 3 years later I grew to being president of my class. Not only in childhood but later through life I was captain of my local football team and after changing school in age of 16 I become captain of their football team leading to good winstreak of 10. Then going to adulthood and starting my journey in university I become a captain of e-sports team in our e-sports society and we are seeing good growth of our skill level nearly qualifying to nation finals which we will reach in next - summer season.
I'm actually very friendly and careful about people voices, I really like listening, supporting and to bringing ideas to life. Always ready to listen to even craziest ideas, but also continue and improve already existing practices.
