One of my strongest qualities is my ability to adapt quickly to different situations and challenges. I remain calm under pressure and focus on finding practical, effective solutions. I am communicative and approachable, which allows me to build trust easily with students and team members.
As someone who values teamwork, I believe this position would provide valuable experience working closely with the College President to help build a welcoming campus environment. As a student living on campus, I experience the same daily challenges as my peers, which gives me genuine insight into their needs and perspectives.

I work as a College Community Leader at Southland College, where work with students is my main responsibility. We orginize events, represent the college and connect with students to understand their needs and challenges. Through this role, I have developed strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, compliting all training programs provided by the college.
In addition, my background in marketing has given me experience in promotion, audience engagement and strategic planning - together with another CCL student I am currently creating content for social media - Instagram (we have already made several video projects that will be going live very soon)
