I am committed to improving student life not only for Digby Stuart but throughout the University.
I am approachable, visible, sociable, and I take pride in being the first point of contact for students with ideas or concerns.
I have knowledge of the high-class facilities on campus and have supported many events in the last year, in these spaces. As President, I will continue to bring more social events and energy to campus, acting on regular student feedback, collaborating with all College Teams and societies to improve social life at university.
I care about student welfare and will work to improve Digby Stuart's community fridge, making it more visible and accessible for our students, ensuring information is shared more regularly in advance, as well as, continuing the great work of the College Community Pantry.
I will be accountable and I will share results, provide updates on actions completed, and take monthly polls to gather Digby student feedback.
As a Flat Leader in Digby and a Student Ambassador for Roehampton, I am a visible and approachable point of contact for students.
As a Flat Leader I have experience in community building, problem-solving, supporting numerous college events as a team, allowing me to understand exactly where our student life needs improvement. In my role, I have developed as a leader, supporting other Flat Leaders and many students with concerns or ideas, and I take pride in this.
As a Student Ambassador, I have gained deep knowledge of our campus facilities. The role has allowed me to network with staff and students, to collaborate effectively with other College Teams, and societies to re-energize our social scene and increase college engagement in events, activities, and campaigns. With this, I have proven experience to ensure that every student is heard and supported. Both roles have been supported through my entrepreneurial work, developing leadership, initiative, and data analysis skills.
I am persistent, and Digby Stuart College has always been there for me through hardship and happiness. The community is like no other and after 2 years of living here, it's only fair that I make the community better for our current and new students.
