I am proactive, approachable, and genuinely student-focused. I do not wait for issues to arise, I regularly check in with students, actively seek their feedback, and work to address concerns early. Most importantly, I believe feedback should lead to real action, not just be collected and forgotten.
I am organised, dependable, and confident in representing students while working constructively with staff to achieve positive outcomes. I value transparency and clear communication, and I make a conscious effort to keep students informed about what is being done and why.
I believe a College President should be visible, accessible, and accountable. I take pride in being someone students feel comfortable approaching with ideas, concerns, or feedback, and I take that responsibility seriously.
I have strong experience in student leadership and representation. I have served as a Student Ambassador, supporting and advocating for students across the university.
During my foundation year, I was a School Representative, where I actively gathered student feedback and worked with staff to improve the student experience. I continue this work as a Representative Assistant, supporting school reps and strengthening communication between students and staff.
I am also the President of the Pakistani Society, where I lead a committee, organise inclusive events, manage challenges, and build community. These roles have developed my ability to listen to students, act on feedback, communicate clearly, and represent diverse student voices effectively.
