This is the vote for me to be a delegate at NUS Conference 2024. (This is separate from the vote for RSU President).

Hello! Harrison again. You may be wondering why you are seeing my face twice during these elections. I am currently standing for the position of RSU President, and I believe attending this conference (which is in April 2024 - before the RSU President role begins), would support all students if I was elected, as I would be able to engage in discussions with delegates from all over the UK about a number of student issues.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Harrison and last year I was your Students' Union President. Currently, I am in my final year. I work at Nest and work as the Academic Rep for the School of Education. I would love to be given the opportunity to attend the National Union of Students (NUS) National Conference in Blackpool this year.

This year, the policy that will be discussed is the following:

  • Funding, Food and Shelter
  • Solidarity with the people of Palestine
  • Campaign for International Student Equality

The NUS National President along with a number of other full-time officer roles will be elected at the conference. Delegates are able to vote in these elections.

Please read my manifesto for RSU President, as this details my aims if I was re-elected as RSU President. Please note that voting for me as NUS Delegate is not a vote for me for RSU President. They are two different roles.
