Hello and welcome to Roehampton University! My name is Becky Aston, and I am your Vice President of Welfare and Campaigns within the RSU.

The Welfare Department looks at helping you during your time at Roehampton if you have any problems, on any level, and finding a practical and sensible solution. We are here to make sure that you are able to get the most out of your time at Roehampton. The Welfare Department is an informative based service, which provides up to date and useful information through is contacts with a number of other support services within the University.

I am here to help and assist you with your time at Roehampton, and to deal with any problems that you may encounter, so feel free to come up to the RSU for a chat.

Campaigning is a very much a growing aspect of the Welfare Department, and has been increasingly successful over the past two years. The whole of Roehampton Student’s Union work together getting involved in campaigns which look at issues which affect students on a regional, national and international basis. The aim of campaigns is to engage, educate and inform students as well as implementing change.

Within the RSU there is the potential to have an impact on the way your student experience is shaped by being active and getting involved! Hope to see you around!
