RSU are promoting a brand new initiative called 'RU Inspired?' that aims to inspire students to get involved with the many exciting volunteering opportunities available at The University of Roehampton.
As part of the initiative RSU are rolling out several ‘Make a Difference’ (M.A.D.) One-Day Volunteering Project's.
All our projects not only aim to make volunteering more accessible to those trying to juggle their studies, part-time work or family commitments but they also aim to make volunteering more fun and rewarding! (See M.A.D. Projects for full details).
This year we'll also be launching a 'Reward and Recognition Scheme' for all our volunteers! Every student that volunteers their time, either internally or externally, is eligible to log the hours they give and in return they will receive various 'thank you' rewards! (See Rewards & Recognition for full details).
Remember employers are looking for you to stand out from the rest and volunteering is a great way to do it! Enhance your C.V. while having a great time meeting new friends and making a positive difference!
