Governance
Welcome to the Governance section of our website, which demonstrates how we effectively manage ourselves, who we are accountable to and how we process all the feedback we get from our students on a regular basis.
RSU is a registered company limited by guarantee and we are currently in the process of registering with the Charity Commission. RSU are accountable to both these governing bodies as well as Roehampton University. RSU has a Memorandum and Articles of Association which has been approved by companies House, Charity Commission (pending), Roehampton University Council and Student Council, this governing document clearly details our objectives, powers and how we operate as an organisation. We also make ourselves accountable to you the students by holding SUC, this is a great opportunity for you to come along you can also propose motions that can be discussed, see the SUC councils for more details.
